测量荧光偏振
为了评估极化，需要两个发射测量：第一个使用平行于激发滤光片（S平面）的偏振发射滤光片，第二个使用垂直于激发滤光片（P平面）的偏振发射滤光片。 典型的标记染料是FITC，BODIPY或TMR（TRITC）。
