测量荧光偏振

为了评估极化,需要两个发射测量:第一个使用平行于激发滤光片(S平面)的偏振发射滤光片,第二个使用垂直于激发滤光片(P平面)的偏振发射滤光片。 典型的标记染料是FITC,BODIPY或TMR(TRITC)。
